2 YEARS LEASE - 1 MONTH COMMISSION

1 YEAR LEASE - 0.5 MONTH COMMISSION

What price do I market?

Only Advertised as "Nett Rental Rate" 

Please do indicate that price is subjected to GST.

For ease of calcuation for GST amount as a whole to client It will be base on internal company calcuation. Just add a 5% of nett rental to "Nett Rental Rate", Note this is just estimation.

EG. Nett rental rate x 1.05 =  Estimate Total Payable Rental Per Month

Above is already base on GST hike to 9% base on Year 2024 ,as we only charge GST on fittings. Do not get confused with the percentages.
